Having taken a break due to the Wine Country fires, Boomer Cohousing is opening our New Year with a great presentation from Robert Upton, Developer. With his extensive experience in developing "pocket neighborhoods" Robert will share his perspective on building cohousing from a developer's point of view. As those who have been following our progress closely, a committed group of cohousing participants who work up front with a developer can streamline the process of bringing a community to fruition.
Come and hear about this great option for manifesting cohousing in Marin and Sonoma Counties!
While we will touch briefly on what cohousing is, we will not be doing a thorough introduction to cohousing. If you are new to the concept, please visit http://www.cohousing.org and familiarize yourself.
We ask a $10 donation at the door to help defray venue and refreshment costs.
